Creating a profile or using any part of LotusSingles means you accept these LotusSingles terms and conditions. They set out your responsibilities as a member and the standards we maintain to keep every introduction respectful, honest and confidential. Please read them alongside our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy before you join.
Eligibility and Account Responsibility
LotusSingles membership is limited to individuals aged 18 and older who are legally able to enter into agreements under the laws of their country of residence. Each member may hold only one active profile, and the information provided - including age, relationship status and photographs - must be accurate and kept up to date.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity that takes place under your account. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact our support team immediately so we can secure your profile.
Membership, Billing and Cancellation
LotusSingles offers Basic, Premium and Elite membership tiers, each unlocking a different level of communication and support. Paid memberships renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled beforehand from your account settings. Automatic Renewal
Paid plans renew automatically at the end of each cycle unless you cancel beforehand in account settings.
Cancel Anytime
Cancellation takes effect at the next billing date and never affects membership time you have already paid for.
Acceptable Use and Prohibited Conduct
Every member agrees to represent themselves honestly and to treat other members with respect. The rules below outline what is welcomed on LotusSingles and what will lead to profile review or removal.
Honest representation
Use current photographs and accurate information about your age, location and relationship goals so introductions stay meaningful.
Respectful communication
Every conversation should remain courteous and considerate, even when an introduction does not lead to a lasting connection.
Solicitation or commercial use
Advertising a business, service or third-party platform through your profile or messages is not permitted.
Harassment or explicit content
Threatening language, unwanted advances and explicit images or requests are removed and may lead to suspension.
Automated scraping
Using bots, scrapers or automated tools to collect profile data or contact members is strictly prohibited.
Off-platform payment requests
Asking another member for money, gift cards or financial assistance outside the platform violates these terms.
Your Content and Our Platform Rights
You retain ownership of the photographs, messages and profile details you upload to LotusSingles. By posting content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to display it within the platform so that other members can view your profile and communicate with you. This licence ends when you delete the content or close your account, except where copies are needed for moderation records or legal compliance.
The LotusSingles name, crest logo, interface design and written content belong to LotusSingles and may not be copied, reproduced or used for any purpose outside the platform without permission.
Suspension, Termination and Limitation of Liability
Grounds for Suspension
Accounts may be suspended or closed following moderation review of reports, verification failures or violations of these terms, including any of the prohibited conduct described above.
Limitation of Liability
LotusSingles facilitates introductions but cannot guarantee the outcome of any conversation, meeting or relationship. Our liability for any claim relating to your membership is limited to the amount paid for the membership period in question. Data handling after account deletion is described in our Privacy Policy.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time to reflect changes to our platform or applicable regulations. Updates are published on this page, and continued use of LotusSingles after a change takes effect means you accept the revised terms.
